1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireVento ("the platform", "the website") at www.HireVento.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, job seekers, and employers using HireVento.

2. What HireVento Is

HireVento is a job listing and networking platform designed for Northeast India. We connect job seekers with employers across segments including Pharma, Sales, IT, Finance, Education, and more.

HireVento is a platform — we facilitate connections but are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may only have one personal account on HireVento
• HireVento reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use HireVento to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information without consent
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Discriminate against candidates based on religion, caste, gender, or disability
• Post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing

5. Job Listings

Employers and administrators who post jobs on HireVento agree that:

• All job listings are genuine vacancies that exist at the time of posting
• Salary and qualification information provided is accurate
• They will not charge candidates any fees for applying or being placed
• They comply with applicable Indian labour laws and anti-discrimination regulations

HireVento reserves the right to remove any job listing at any time without notice if it violates these terms or is reported as fraudulent.

6. Comments & Content

When you post comments on job listings, you:

• Are responsible for the content you post
• Grant HireVento a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform
• Confirm the content does not violate any third-party rights

HireVento may remove any comment that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The HireVento name, logo, design, and original content are the property of HireVento and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. Job descriptions posted by employers remain the property of the respective employers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HireVento is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available 100% of the time
• Job listings are always accurate, current, or complete
• Using the platform will result in employment
• Employers will respond to your applications

9. Limitation of Liability

HireVento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: failed job applications, loss of data, or disputes between job seekers and employers.

10. Privacy

Your use of HireVento is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

HireVento reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HireVento after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
